Ottawa Valley Music Festival—The Beat Goes On!

Handel and the Italian Baroque, September 2018

The Ottawa Valley Music Festival will present Handel and the Italian Baroque, a concert of glorious choral music — Sunday September 16 at St. John Chrysostom in Arnprior.

We are renewing and building Ottawa Valley Music Festival (OVMF). We will establish a Festival Chorus, support area youth choirs and young performers, develop educational programming and establish partnerships with other area choirs, choral composers, clinicians and musicians.

We welcome the return of Mervin Fick as Artistic Advisor and as Guest Conductor for a joyful September concert.

We look forward to seeing you in September.

A standing ovation for the OVMF chorus and orchestra with music director Mervin Fick; 2017 Gala Celebration Concert.

Volunteers are always welcome: Please join us as we renew and build OVMF. We have planned an exciting and ambitious program for 2019 and 2020. We need volunteers to work with our convener in organizing all the elements of a successful concert; to work with our stage manager on concert day; to help present an active musical community website and more.
