Keeping the Glory of September 10 Alive
Learn more about the
Next chapter of OVMF!

The Haydn-Mozart concert was a great success — truly glorious music for a sell-out crowd. Choristers, soloists and concert-goers expressed the sincere hope that the Ottawa Valley Music Festival would continue, building on 25 years of music in the Valley.

A small group of people has been meeting and is confident of moving OVMF forward (another 25 years!).  Mervin Fick, who conducted the concert in September, is committed to working with OVMF in the future.  Besides continuing to provide OVMF gala choral concerts, we are exploring collaboration with the Renfrew Children’s Choir and the Ottawa Choral Society.

If you are interested in helping us build the future of OVMF — volunteering, serving on the Board, or supporting in other ways — please contact Gordon Harrison at gordonkh [at] magma [dot] ca (subject: OVMF) or 613-256-1487.
